Heal with Horses
Equine Guided Empowerment®
Have you always had a love for horses? Or simply felt drawn to their calming presence? Is nature your true sanctuary? The one place where you can always find peace and feel at home in yourself? If so, then I invite you to experience the magic of Equine Guided Empowerment®.
Equine Guided Empowerment® is a somatic, nature-centered approach to healing founded by The Reflective Horse that provides individuals the experience of partnering with horses to inspire powerful breakthroughs and lasting embodiment of the authentic self.
Sessions with Emily and the herd take place on a working cattle ranch resting on 2000 breathtaking acres of wild and majestic terrain in Paradise Valley, MT - a scenic 1 hour and 10 minute drive from Bozeman and just 25 minutes from the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park.
No prior riding experience is required to participate as we will only be interacting with horses from the ground.
Private sessions and group experiences are available year-round, weather permitting.
“I’ve never had the opportunity to spend so much quiet and “soft” time around horses. It was really beautiful. Learning how they take care of themselves in the herd and how they communicate was so eye opening. When I don’t feel at ease or at peace I can just get quiet and go back to being in the pasture with the horses. It’s extraordinary for my mental and emotional health to be able to have that place to go back to in my mind.
